Heartbreak can't last long in the Love Island villa and it looks like Katie Salmon is already over Sophie's exit.
After the brunette's shock departure last night to be with her boyfriend Tom Powell, Katie was left single and looking for love.
But the search didn't take long and in scenes, which will air tonight, Katie is seen getting cosy to Adam during their date and they even end the night with a cheeky snog.
It all started when Adam, who had previously admitted he was attracted to Katie, took the opportunity to get to know her better as they left the villa for a date.
Adam revealed that he was looking forward to spending some time alone with Katie, saying: "I'm excited. I've got a date with Katie, the fact we can get out and have a chat and continue to get to know each other will do us both good."
As Katie and Adam enjoyed a glass of bubbly together, the hunk told her: "The whole Sophie thing has been a blessing in disguise because it means we can get to know each other."
"I feel like I’m done with my roller coaster," admitted Katie. "I've done my crying. I've cried a lot."
There certainly seemed to be sparks when Katie joked that she'd never heard him "talk so much on a date".
Ever the charmer, Adam admitted that he hadn't been "interested" before.
"I'm interested in you. That's why it’s easy," he revealed.
"You know, I've never been in love. Never. I've only had one real girlfriend for like a year. I decided I wanted to travel and do things and be independent and she wanted to settle really early."
The pair ended their date with a cheeky snog before heading back to the villa - and later it seemed Katie definitely had butterflies.
As she chatted to Olivia, she said: "I felt down all day and he made me smile and laugh again. If I could spend the last few days in here with anyone, I want it to be with someone who can make me laugh."
